Carrot Olive Slaw

|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Ripe olive halves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, mix the salad oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together
2) Toss gently with the shredded carrots and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3) Garnish with the ripe-olive halves and serve immediately.
