Big Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef roast 1 Pound, cubed
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Celery ribs 3 , sliced
  Carrots 4 , sliced
  Canned tomatoes with juice 28 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingrediens in a slow cooker.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for about 1 hour. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 8 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot over noodles or rice.
