Herby Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Stewing meat 2 Pound, cubed
  Flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Canned beef broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Kitchen bouquet 2 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hungarian sweet paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Celery ribs 4 , chopped
  Mushrooms 5 , sliced
  Potatoes 3 , cubed
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine together the salt, flour and pepper. In the seasoned flour, dredge the meat.
2) In a saucepan, brown the meat in oil.
3) Put the browned meat in a slow cooker.
4) In a separate bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients together and pour the mixture all over the meat. Mix properly.
5) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 5 to 6 hours or over low heat for 10 to 12 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot after stirring well.
