Two Cabbage Cole Slaw
|Cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Red cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Carrots||2 , shredded|
|Green pepper||1 , julienned|
|Scallions||2 , minced|
|Non fat mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Nonfat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Celery seeds||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Take a large bowl.
2. Mix in it green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green peppers and scallions.
3. Take a small bowl and add mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, black pepper, and celery seeds.
4. Pour over the salad and toss well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Chill the foods.
6. Serve and enjoy.
