Full Flavored Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef roast 2 Pound, cubed
  Sliced carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Diced potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Quick-cooking tapioca 2 Teaspoon
  Quick cooking tapioca 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the vegetables and beef in a slow cooker. Sprinkle salt, tapioca and pepper all over.
2) Combine together the water and tomato sace. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for about 8 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
