Homemade Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Carrot 1⁄2 Small, diced
  Celery stalk 1⁄2 Small, dice
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Roma tomatoes 28 Ounce, peeled
  Bay leaf 1 Large
  Oregano/Dried oregano 2 Medium
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. On pan over medium heat, heat oil and cook onion, carrot and celery.
2. When the vegetables are soft add garlic and stir for a while.
3. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper.

SERVING
4. Serve with any snack.
