Mean Bean Chili

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Large, chopped to make 3 cups
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced to make 2 tablespoons
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned beans 75 Ounce, drained, rinsed (Five 15 Ounce Cans, Such As Kidney, Pinto)
  Canned low sodium tomatoes 28 Ounce (Can, Juice Reserved)
  Spaghetti sauce 26 Ounce
  Hot sauce 6 Dash (Or To Taste)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lean ground raw turkey 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Liquid smoke seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large nonstick kettle heat oil, cook onion and garlic over moderate low heat for 5 minutes till onion is softened.
2) Stir in chili powder, oregano, basil, cumin, and cayenne, and cook for 3 minutes.
3) Add beans, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, hot sauce, and enough water to cover the beans.
4) Boil the mixture and simmer stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
