Judy's Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Stewing meat 2 Pound, cubed
  Carrots 5 , sliced
  Onion 1 , diced
  Celery ribs 3 , diced
  Potatoes 5 , cubed
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Quick-cooking tapioca 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cove the cooker and cook over low heat for 10 to 12 hours or over high heat for 5 to 6 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot.
