Kentucky Salad With Bacon

Ingredients
  Lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs), torn
  Spinach leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs), thoroughly washed and drained
  Pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced into thin strips
  Canned whole kernel corn 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), drained, chilled
  Scallion 2 Tablespoon, sliced (Green Onion)
  Bacon bits 1⁄2 Ounce (Made From Real Bacon, 1 Tablespoon)
  Light sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a small bowl and add in sour cream, olive oil, mustard, and vinegar.
2. Then add in 1 tablespoon water. Mix well.

SERVING
3.Take a serving platter and line it with lettuce and spinach.
4.Top this layer with corn, scallion, pimiento and bacon bits.
