Lobster A La Newburg

Ingredients
  Condensed cream of shrimp soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Evaporated milk/Light cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Canned lobster/Frozen lobster, thawed 5 Ounce, flaked (1 can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Sherry wine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place all the ingredients except the cooked rice, chow mein noodles or pastry shells, mix well.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
