Busy Day Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Stewing meat 2 Pound, cubed
  Onions 2 , diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Potatoes 4 , diced
  Quick cooking tapioca 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 15 Ounce (1 1/2 Soup Cans)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, layer the meat and vegetables. Sprinkle the sugar, tapioca, salt and pepper all over.
2) Combine together the soup and water. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker without stirring.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
