Yummy cherries in an all new form. Try this simple and easy cherry cobbler recipe and bring alive the dinner table tonight. Your family is sure to be all praise for your culinary skills.
  Pitted tart red cherries 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tapioca 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten

Combine cherries, 11/2 cup sugar and tapioca; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is clear and thickened.
Add 2 tablespoons butter; pour into 10x6- inch baking dish.
Combine flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in remaining butter.
Blend milk and egg; add to dry ingredients.
Drop dough by spoonfuls over hot fruit.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
