Walnut Celery Slaw

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced celery 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Coarsely shredded carrots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raisins 3 Tablespoon
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix together celery, carrots, raisins and walnuts and set aside
2. In a smaller bowl, mix together vinegar, salt, and pepper, add yogurt to it and pour over the celery mixture
3. Toss around gently to coat

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
