Breakfast Bread Threesome

Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg yolk 1
For spice filling
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
  Instant coffee 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
For lemon nut filling
  Egg white 7 , slightly beaten
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For cheese filling
  Pineapple cheese spread 35 Ounce (Seven 5 Ounce Each Jars)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. To prepare hot-roll mix, add egg yolk to the mix. Save the egg whites for later.The dough will take some time to rise.
2. To prepare the Spice filling take a small bowl and combine brown sugar, instant coffee, and cinnamon.
3. To prepare the Lemon Nut filling, take another small bowl and combine egg white, sugar, and lemon rind.
MAKING
4. Once the dough has rise, pat down and knead on pastry board. Divide into thirds
5. To make the Spice Coffeecake, roll one third of dough into a square of 10x10 cm; Brush with melted butter or margarine.Sprinkle with brown-sugar mixture and roll up, jelly-roll fashion.
6. In a greased 8 inch pie plate, shape into a ring .Now using scissors, make cuts 1 inch apart almost through to bottom, twisting alternate sections toward center of pie plate. Keep in a warm place and allow to rise in warm place until double in bulk.
7. To make the Lemon-Nut Coffeecake, roll second third of dough into a square, 10x10. Brush with egg white-lemon mixture and sprinkle with walnuts.Now roll up, jelly-roll fashion.
8. On a greased baking sheet, make an S shape with the dough and let it rise in warm place until double in bulk.
9. To make the Cheese Rolls, roll remaining dough into a square, 10x10 and spread with pineapple-cheese spread. Now roll up, jelly-roll fashion and stretch roll gently to about 12-inch length. Cut crosswise into 12 rolls.
10. In a greased loafed pan 9x5x3 place rolls, cut side up, in single layer and allow to rise in warm place until double in bulk.
11. In a hot oven at (400°) bake the 3 breads for 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
SERVING
12. Serve the desired roll hot and fresh.
13. Store the others in the refrigerator, wrapped in cling form paper
