I would like to modify this recipe with orange instead of cocoa. How can I do this?

Hmm nice thought. I love the combination of Oranges with Chocolate. However if you want to make it an orange only thing, I can share this recipe, I tried once. All Purpose Flour - 2 cups . Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon . Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/4 teaspoon . Egg - 1 . Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup . Orange Zest - of 1 orange . Granulated Sugar - 1 cup . Buttermilk - 3/4 cup . METHOD - 1)Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another . 2) Combine together and drop on a parchment lined baking sheet in round shape . 3) Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for approximately 8 minutes, or until the edges become a little golden . 4) Keep on a wire rack to cool .If you really love the orange flavor, you can even use some orange juice mixed with the buttermilk (make sure the total liquid used for the recipe is not more than 3/4 cup) . Let us know how it went. :-)
