Slow Cooker Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, cut into 1-inch chunks
  Thick chunky salsa 16 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Canned black beans 45 Ounce, washed and drained (3 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 3 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients except for the sour cream.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or till the pork is tender.
3) Use sour cream to garnish individual servings.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
