Campfire Beef Stew
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Burgundy wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beef stew||2 Pound|
|Cooked peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Heat the grill
2. Set a large pan on the fire and add the fat to it. Sauté the onion in fat until lightly browned.
3. Blend in flour and add the wine and cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens.
Add beef stew, peas and Worcestershire sauce. Heat thoroughly before serving.
4. Serve warm with roasted meat
