  Egg 1
  99% fat free cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Juice packed unsweetened peach pieces 8 Ounce, chilled or partly frozen (1 Can)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a covered blender, blend all the ingredients.

SERVING
2. Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes, if desired.
