Ingredients
  Chicken wings 1 1⁄2 Pound (12 Pieces)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped to make 1/4 cup
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Bottled steak sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned mixed vegetables 2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
  Shredded cabbage 1 Pound (Use 1 Small Head)
  Instant mashed potato flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the chicken wings apart at the joints, combine it with water, onion, tomatoes, steak sauce, cayenne and three teaspoons of salt in a Dutch oven, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for half an hour
2. In a bowl, mix the rest of the half teaspoon of salt with the ground beef and shape into eighteen meatballs
4. To the chicken mixture, add mixed vegetables and cabbage and allow to boil; add meatballs, turn the heat down, cover and simmer for ten minutes; add potato flakes and turn the heat off

SERVING
6. Add to soup bowls, sprinkle parsley on top and serve
