Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked broiler fryer chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into chunks, loosely packed
  Low calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or Diet Variety)
  Unsweetened juice packed pineapple tidbits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Crisp lettuce leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix chicken, mayonnaise, pineapple,celery, almonds and soy sauce.

SERVING
2.Serve the salad on lettuce leaves.
