Ingredients
  50% less fat garlic and herb spreadable cheese 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Container)
  12 inch baked thin pizza crust 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped fresh spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced seeded cucumber 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped to make 1 cup
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Spread the cheese over the pizza crust
2. Top the cheese with the spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, and the basil
3. Sprinkle the top with salt and pepper

SERVING
4. Top with the carrots and serve hot
