Ingredients
  Chicken breast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (low fat)
  Egg 2 Medium, chopped (hard-boiled)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (light)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (optional) (Optional)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop or tear the chicken to medium-small pieces.
2. Chop or dice the eggs.

MAKING
3. In a bowl mix chicken, eggs and celery together with mayonnaise.
4. Add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, cheese, and salt to the mixture.

SERVING
5. Mix together and serve.
