Cajun Catfish

Try and make your catfish in Cajun style. You will notice and pleasant tangy, cheesy and garlicky taste. You may find it a bit fattening but will enjoy it too.
Ingredients
  Catfish 6 (Skinned And Dressed)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2
  Fat 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Dry catfish well.

MAKING
2)In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except cheese.
3)Coat the fish nicely with the mixture.
4)Take a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and brush with the remaining sauce.
5)Sprinkle cheese and leave it for 30 minutes.
6)Bake in 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
7)Remove from oven and put 3 inches away from broiler. Broil until crisp and lightly browned.

SERVING
8)Serve the Cajun catfish garnished with watercress and lemon slices.
