Ingredients
  Boneless chuck/Round steak 2 1⁄2 Pound, diced into 1 inch pieces
  Salad oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Raw rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned kidney beans 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stale beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F

MAKING
2) In the frying pan, pour the salad oil and fry the meat till brown
3) Tip in the onions and garlic and sauté till soft
4) Using a slotted spoon, remove the onions and meat from the pan
5) Add in the rice and stir till golden
6) Add in the salt, chili powder, mustard and pepper and mix well
7) In a 3 quart greased casserole arrange layers of rice and meat and onion and then topped with tomato
8) Top the layer with kidney beans and arrange the green pepper
9) Pour the beer on top
10) Cover with a tight fitting lid and bake for 3 hours till the rice is coked
11) Check if water is required to be added in the baking process

SERVING
12) Serve the dish warm
