Cabbage Patch Coleslaw
|Crisp shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, chopped parsely and carrot together.
2) In a small bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt together, blend well.
3) Pour the mixture over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
4) Garnish with the sliced onion and sieved hard-cooked egg yolk, then serve immediately.
