Blueberry Cobbler

Have you tried making the cobbler with blueberries. Here is a simple and easy recipe to put together. You don't need to be a great chef to get this right. Try it!!
Ingredients
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In an 8 inch square pan, layer the bottom with blueberries
2) In a bowl, mix together the ¾ cup of sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, milk, and the flour till crumbly
3) Spread this over the blueberries
4) Mix the remaining sugar and the cornstarch and sprinkle in the over the flour mixture
5) Pour 2/3 cup of boiling water over the top
6) Bake at 375F for 45 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve warm
