Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Old bay seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Cabbage 1 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , diced
  Apple 1⁄2 , chopped
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine first 9 ingrcdients in bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let dressing stand 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together in bowl.
Mix in enough dressing to season to taste.
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 8 hours.
Stir.
Serve chilled.
