Beef And Rigatoni Stew

Ingredients
  Lean beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 4 Drop
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Rigatoni/Macaroni 1 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the beef into bite sized cubes
2) In a saucepan, cook the prunes in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes and then drain
3) Allow to cool and then remove the pits and keep aside
4) In a zip lock bag, put in the beef with flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and shake till coated
5) In a skillet, pour some oil and fry the beef, add in the onion and garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and the hot sauce
6) Add in the tomato sauce and enough water to measure about 1 inch above the beef
7) Cover and bake in the oven at 300F for 2 hours
8) Add in the rigatoni, prunes and enough water again to cover the beef
9) Bake for 1 hour longer

SERVING
10) Serve warm
