Mexican American Chili Corn Bread Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 Medium (1 Can)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Canned whole kernel corn 18 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned red kidney beans 18 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Put mixture in casserole dish 1 1/2 to 2 inches from top.
In separate bowl mix two small packages of corn bread (following package instructions).
After it is mixed, spread corn bread mixture on top of casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
