Boston Baked Beans are one of the tastiest dishes you could have even tasted. Try it! Yield: 8-10 servings.
Ingredients
  Pea beans 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onions 3 Medium, chopped
  Dark brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dark molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hickory smoked salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt pork 1⁄2 Pound, diced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven
2. Soak beans overnight in cold water.

MAKING
3. Bring to a boil; cook for 20 minutes.
4. Drain; place in earthen crock or bean pot. Add remaining ingredients; cover with hot water. Bake, covered, at 250 degrees for 6 to 8 hours, adding boiling water as needed.

SERVING
5. Serve hot
