Calico Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Vegetable soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton)
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1/2 Pint)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cabbage 5 Cup (80 tbs) (1/2 Medium Head)
  Red onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Make all the arrangements in advance.

MAKING
2) In a medium mixing bowl, combine vegetable soup mix along with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.
3) Mix all the remaining ingredients and keep in fridge to chill.

SERVING
4) Serve the chilled coleslaw as a side dish.
