|Vegetable soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1/2 Pint)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cabbage||5 Cup (80 tbs) (1/2 Medium Head)|
|Red onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1) Make all the arrangements in advance.
2) In a medium mixing bowl, combine vegetable soup mix along with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.
3) Mix all the remaining ingredients and keep in fridge to chill.
4) Serve the chilled coleslaw as a side dish.
