Turkey Tetrazzini Seasoned With Tabasco

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bouillon cube 1
  Tabasco 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Diced cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Fine noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttered soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375° F.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of butter to melt.
3) Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
4) Sprinkle in flour and salt.
5) Slowly stir in milk by adding bouillon cube.
6) Place over medium heat to cook by continuous stirring until the mixture starts boil and gets thick.
7) Stir in Tabasco after removing from heat.
8) Use a shallow baking dish to place turkey, pimiento and noodles.
9) Spread mushroom sauce on top.
10) Sprinkle with cheese and dot with remaining butter.
11) Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs around edge.
12) Place inside oven to bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
