Crepes Banana Foster

|Banana liqueur||45 Milliliter|
|Dark rum||75 Milliliter|
Peel and slice the bananas in quarters.
Wrap one crepe around each banana quarter.
Heat the butter with the brown sugar in a skillet, add the cinnamon and cook until the sugar is dissolved Add the liqueur and rum, tilt the pan away from you and flambe.
Stir in the nuts.
Place the crepes in the sauce and heat for 2 minutes.
Spoon the crepes onto plates and ladle sauce over the crepes.
Serve at once.
