Southern pan-fried bass is a motuhwatering recipe that is low on calories and retains all the juices of the fish. A quick and easy recipe, perfect for a simple and easy meal.
|Shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Cut fish into serving pieces.
2. Heat shortening in frypan over medium heat. Mix salt and cornmeal; roll fish in cornmeal mixture. Place fish in fry pan; fry for 3 minutes or until browned.
3. Serve hot
