Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the oil in a large kettle, brown the pork.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Drain and reserve the pork.
Place the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
Spread the pork over the noodles and smother with sauce.
Combine the cheeses and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown, serve at once.
