Pork Creole Au Gratin
|Olive oil||45 Milliliter|
|Boneless lean pork||675 Gram, coarse diced|
|Chicken broth||750 Milliliter|
|Fettuccini noodles||500 Milliliter, cooked drained|
|Creole sauce||375 Milliliter|
|Grated mild cheddar cheese||125 Milliliter|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||125 Milliliter|
|Shredded havarti cheese||125 Milliliter (Or Grated)|
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the oil in a large kettle, brown the pork.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Drain and reserve the pork.
Place the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
Spread the pork over the noodles and smother with sauce.
Combine the cheeses and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown, serve at once.
