Pork Creole Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Olive oil 45 Milliliter
  Boneless lean pork 675 Gram, coarse diced
  Chicken broth 750 Milliliter
  Fettuccini noodles 500 Milliliter, cooked drained
  Creole sauce 375 Milliliter
  Grated mild cheddar cheese 125 Milliliter
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 125 Milliliter
  Shredded havarti cheese 125 Milliliter (Or Grated)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the oil in a large kettle, brown the pork.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Drain and reserve the pork.
Place the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
Spread the pork over the noodles and smother with sauce.
Combine the cheeses and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown, serve at once.
