|Unbleached white flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
2. Take a bow, add all the ingredients and using an egg beater or electric mixer, beat vigorously for 5 minutes.
3. Transfer to well-greased, hot muffin pans and bake for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 400°F and continue to bake for 15 more minutes.
4. Serve warm with a cup of cappuccino.
