Whole Wheat Popovers Sweetened With Honey

Ingredients
  Whole 1 Cup (16 tbs) (V8)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

MAKING
2. Sieve flour with salt. Prepare a mixture of eggs, honey, milk and oil. Add to the flour and beat well.
3. Take a greased muffin pan, heat to piping hot, pour in the batter sufficient to fill half the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Reduce temperature to 350° and continue to bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve warm.
