Country Style Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Powdered mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded green cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In top part of double boiler, combine first 7 ingredients; beat well.
Add vinegar and milk and mix well.
Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool and refrigerate.
At serving time mix enough dressing with cabbage to just moisten; sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
