Easy Ginger Snaps
These ginger snaps are great treat for all seasons. Quick and easy to make, serve these delicious bites with tea or coffee!
|Ground ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Mixed spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Soda bicarbonate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Tablespoon (if necessary)|
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix in sugar and rub butter in finely.
Add the syrup and knead thoroughly, adding a little milk if needed to make a stiff dough.
Roll out and cut into shapes (1/4" thick).
Bake at 375° F for about 12 minutes.
