Ingredients
  Wholemeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 5 Teaspoon
  Treacle 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mealie 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add syrup to milk and mix into dry ingredients.
Beat thoroughly.
Fill tins two-thirds full.
Cover and steam for 3% hrs.
Remove cover and bake till dry.
