Simple Hawaiian Chicken
|Pineapple chunks||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Chicken legs and thighs||4 Pound|
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Mix all ingredients, except chicken.
Marinate the chicken with mixture for 24 hours.
Fry the legs and thighs lightly brown then layer pieces in a baking dish.
Thicken the marinate with cornstarch and pour over chicken.
Add pineapple chunks and bake.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
