Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 , finely diced
  Pimientos 2 , finely diced
  English mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lump crabmeat 3 Pound
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon (For Topping)
  Paprika To Taste (For Topping)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) Mix together the pimiento and the diced pepper.
3) Add the salt, pepper, eggs, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix properly.
4) Add the crab meat to the mixture. Mix well with fingers so that the lumps are not broken.
5) Divide the mixture neatly into 8 clam shells or a similar container. Heap the mixture in the container very lightly.
6) With a light coating of mayonnaise, top the crab meat mixture in the containers and sprinkle paprika all over.
7) Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot or cold, as preferred.
