American Chop Suey
|Noodles||400 Gram (4 Packs, 100 Grams Each, Maggi 2 Minute Noodles Tomato)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Tomato ketchup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Maggie)|
|Shredded vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum, Spring Onions)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cornflour||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Tomatoes||3 Medium, pureed|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1)In a pan, cook Maggi Noodles for 2 minutes in excess water without the Tastemaker.
2)Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
3)In a frying pan, heat oil.
4)Deep fry noodles till they are crisp and golden brown. Set aside.
5)In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes over high heat.
6)In a pan, mix water, cornflour, Maggi Tomato Ketchup, tomato puree, ajinomoto, soya sauce and the noodles Tastemaker.
7)Heat the pan and bring the mixture to a boil for a minute, stirring constantly.
8)Take away from fire and add in the sauteed vegetables and vinegar. Mix well.
9)Place the crisp noodles on a flat dish and pour the saucy vegetables over it.
10)Decorate with fried egg and serve hot.
