Ingredients
  Noodles 400 Gram (4 Packs, 100 Grams Each, Maggi 2 Minute Noodles Tomato)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
For sauce
  Tomato ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Maggie)
  Shredded vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum, Spring Onions)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cornflour 4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, pureed
  Ajinomoto 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, cook Maggi Noodles for 2 minutes in excess water without the Tastemaker.
2)Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
3)In a frying pan, heat oil.
4)Deep fry noodles till they are crisp and golden brown. Set aside.
5)In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes over high heat.
6)In a pan, mix water, cornflour, Maggi Tomato Ketchup, tomato puree, ajinomoto, soya sauce and the noodles Tastemaker.
7)Heat the pan and bring the mixture to a boil for a minute, stirring constantly.
8)Take away from fire and add in the sauteed vegetables and vinegar. Mix well.

FINALIZING
9)Place the crisp noodles on a flat dish and pour the saucy vegetables over it.

SERVING
10)Decorate with fried egg and serve hot.
