Crabmeat Imperial

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 , finely diced
  Sweet red pepper 2 , finely diced
  Eggs 2
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lump crabmeat 3 Pound
  Paprika To Taste
  Parsley To Taste
Directions

Combine mayonnaise and finely diced peppers.
Add eggs, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Fold in lump crabmeat, mixing gently.
Divide into 8 baking dishes or shells and mound high.
Coat with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
Garnish with parsley.
