Boston Brown Bread

Ingredients
  Wheat flour/Graham flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rye meal/Ground rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Royal baking powder 5 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350°F to 400°F.

MAKING
2. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add molasses-milk mixture to the dry mixture and beat well.
3. Transfer to greased moulds, making them 2/3d full. Cover and steam for about 3.5 hours.
4. Remove the cover and allow to bake till bread is dry.

SERVING
5. Slice and serve with cream.
