Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped unpeeled apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple slice 6
Directions

Combine cabbage, green pepper, apple, vinegar, sugar and salt in bowl; mix well.
Spoon into lettuce-lined salad bowl.
Top with carrot and pineapple.
