Barbecued Ribs Cajun Style

For sauce
  Tomato catsup 250 Milliliter
  Molasses 125 Milliliter
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Packed brown sugar 60 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Chili powder 15 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 5 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 5 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 5 Milliliter
  Paprika 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
  Tabasco sauce 1 Milliliter
For ribs
  Pork ribs 1 Kilogram (Danish Or Baby Back)
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 3 Milliliter
  White pepper 3 Milliliter
  Black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 3 Milliliter
Directions

Sauce: In a food processor, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into a mixing bowl and reserve.
Ribs: Cut the ribs into 5 bone sections.
Combine the seasonings.
Sprinkle on the ribs and then rub into the meat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Bake the ribs in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1/2 hour.
Grill ribs for 15 minutes over medium coals brushing frequently.
Brush 1 final time and serve.
