Cherry Cobbler Crunch
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned cherry pie filling||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sifted all purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shelled chopped walnuts/Shelled chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Set oven at 400 degrees.
Combine lemon juice and cherry pie filling, pour into a shallow baking dish.
Blend butter or margarine, sugar, flour and cinnamon with fingers until mixture is crumbly.
Work in nuts, sprinkle over cherry filling.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until cobbler is bubbly and crumbs are golden.
When ready to serve, spoon into dishes, top each with a scoop of ice cream.
