Seafood Gumbo

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 60 Milliliter
  Spanish onion 1 , diced
  Green bell peppers 2 , diced
  Celery stalks 3 , diced
  Hot italian sausage 225 Gram, sliced
  Flour 45 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 500 Milliliter, peeled, seeded, chopped
  Water/Fish stock 750 Milliliter
  Raw rice 250 Milliliter
  Salt 10 Milliliter
  Okra 500 Milliliter, sliced
  Shrimp 225 Gram, deveined
  Crab meat 225 Gram
  Lobster meat 225 Gram
  Clams 225 Gram
  Gumbo 30 Milliliter
Directions

In a large dutch oven, heat the oil, add the onion, bell peppers, celery and sausage.
Cook until sausage is cooked through.
Add the flour and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, water, rice, seasonings and okra, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the seafood and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the gumbo file and serve.
