Chile Con Carne

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Tender beef 3 Pound, cubed (lean)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in a dutch oven and saute the onion until soft.
Add the meat, garlic, chili powder and cumin.
Cook until the meat is browned.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Simmer about 2 hours.
